Communities Assistant
Connswater
A communities assistant is required to support the communities officer in delivering a full range of community engagement & tenant participation activities and in particular to assist with delivery of the Association’s Good Relations plan as part of the wider T:BUC Strategy for Shared Housing. This individual should be professional in their approach to dealing with a wide range of people. They should be capable of working on their own and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills along with high levels of customer service skills.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C or above including maths and English and a minimum of two years' experience in a busy office environment; OR 5 years' experience in the last 7 (in paid employment) in a busy office environment in the community or voluntary sector.
The post is a four year fixed term contract until 31st March 2024, working 20 hours per week (pattern to be agreed).
