                                    Palliative and Life Limited Service (PALLS)

Location:                  Belfast Hospitals/Horizon House/ Greater Belfast Community

Salary Range:           £32,893 - £42,616 per annum      

Hours:                       Full time/job share (37.5 hours per week) 60/40 split

ROLE

This exciting opportunity will provide specialist advice, care and support to children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families both in the community and hospital setting. S/he will work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary colleagues to promote the seamless integration of children’s palliative care for infants, children and young people and their families across acute and community settings. The post holder will contribute to specialist training and education, research and audit, working within the organisation and externally to ensure that high quality, evidence based palliative care is delivered to infants, children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families.
