Chief Executive Officer

For almost 20 years, SOS NI has been at the heart of Belfast’s night-time economy and crisis intervention response - saving lives, reducing harm, and supporting the most vulnerable in our city.

The new Chief Executive Officer, will lead SOS NI at a time of exciting change and renewed growth. They will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our sustainability plan, building strategic partnerships, strengthening income generation, and leading an enthusiastic team of staff and volunteers.

The successful candidate will demonstrate inspirational leadership, a passion for social impact, and strong strategic and operational skills. They will work closely with the Board of Trustees and our volunteer team to shape our future, expand our reach, and ensure that SOS NI continues to be a beacon of hope in Belfast and beyond.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A confident, compassionate and values-led leader

• Experienced in income generation and stakeholder engagement

• Passionate about community safety, well-being and social justice
