Charity Shop Manager (Strabane)

-  Five GCSEs (minimum) at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and Maths or relevant professional experience, which demonstrates equivalent academic skills

· Experience of working in retail management or other relevant management experience

· A proven track record of success in leading and managing a team (volunteers or staff)

· Demonstratable experience of applying effective problem solving techniques whatever the situation demands

· Experience of using social media

· Ability to use basic IT, word, excel, email

· Experience of financial and budgetary management

· A willingness to get stuck in and learn new skills

- A current driving licence with access to a car. (Can be waived in the case of applicant whose disability prohibits driving, but who is able to organise suitable alternative arrangements).
