CFSP Quality Assurance Officer - One Year contract to cover secondment

Main Purpose

The CFSP Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for the efficient and effective development and implementation of all quality assurance activities/procedures within the project. The Quality Assurance Officer will ensure all activities are delivered in line with the CFSP partnership, ESF guidelines and requirements relating to the Education and Training Inspectorate (ETI).

Main duties and responsibilities

1. Contribute to the development and implementation of a quality improvement plan, self-evaluation review (SER) and ETI inspections for the CFSP project.

2. Undertake internal audits, across the CFSP project and its partners, of the range of activities delivered, i.e. mentoring, family support, employability and training.

3. Conduct surveys/participant evaluations and host focus groups to enhance quality provision of the project.

4. Provide training to CFSP project staff and partners, where required, on all aspects of the quality assurance systems being used.

5. In conjunction with the CFSP Co-ordinator set SMART targets for the quality assurance provision within the programme.
