Care Worker- Nights- Full Time & Part Time

Copelands, a new view of caring…

We are currently recruiting for Copelands, Belfast Central Mission’s new flagship project.

Copelands will encompass a new, bespoke care model “BUTTONS” which has already been developed practicing person centred care and choice for residents. Our aim is to provide the best possible care to frail older people, including those living with dementia. The home has been designed with the differing cognitive, social, and physical abilities of the residents in mind. We will be promoting the use of familiar and recognisable surroundings and activities to stimulate residents’ deepest and earliest memories. 

We are seeking to recruit Care Worker (Nights) on a full time and part time basis (12 hour shifts- 8pm- 8am). We welcome applications from those who have genuine interest in this area of work and are keen to make a difference. Staff should be:
