Cafe Coordinator x 2

Reporting to the Head of Catering who has overall responsibility for the service, you will have responsibility for the efficient and professional day to day operations of Café incredABLE at their new site in Craigavon to ensure the success of the social enterprise.

The post holder will assist with the business development and promotion to key customer stakeholders i.e. Centre user groups and the local community. The post holder will prepare and cook a wide variety of healthy meals and snacks and supervise the daily running of the café, creating an environment that is welcoming to customers and develop a self-sustaining community café that provides a varied and healthy menu together with consistent, professional service.

The post holder will assist the team in supporting people with a learning/intellectual disability and/or autism and help develop cooking and serving skills.

Within a friendly and welcoming environment, you will have the chance to build on your existing experience and play a key role in our organisation’s day-to-day operations. This is a full-time role, Monday – Sunday and providing holiday cover when required
