As part of the Living Options services, the Bank Team Leader will provide social, emotional, spiritual and personal care for adults who have learning disabilities and associated conditions.
The Bank Team Leader will provide leadership and supervise the Support Team and will work on the rota on an as required basis that includes unsociable hours and weekends including sleep-ins.
The Bank Team Leaders will ensure their own actions and behaviour complies with Cedar’s policy and procedures as well as statutory regulations and quality standards.
