Apex has experienced significant growth in recent years with properties across Northern Ireland and offices in Derry ~ Londonderry, Belfast and Dungannon, and we have ambitious plans to expand further. As a result, we are recruiting four critical leadership roles at Assistant Director level, each integral to delivering our strategy and strengthening leadership across key functions. This new senior structure will enable us to seize new opportunities and meet future challenges.

The Assistant Director of Assets will have a critical leadership role in delivering and evolving our strategic asset management approach and will work in close conjunction with the Assistant Director of Development to ensure a collaborative approach within the Directorate. The successful candidate will lead a high performing team and oversee the planning, implementation and delivery of response and planned maintenance, property compliance, investment in housing stock, and sustainability—including energy efficiency and decarbonisation.

This is a vital role to ensure that Apex continues to deliver on our ambitious growth plans and continue to lead the way in building sustainable communities through the delivery of quality, affordable homes.
