Afterschools Supervisor

The main responsibilities of the post will be to:

1. Support each child by providing a stimulating and varied programme of play, in order to enhance each child’s abilities.
2. Ensure the protection, safety and well-being of children at all times.
3. Support and supervise staff on a day-to-day basis and carry out regular staff appraisals, supervisions and back to work interviews
4. Integrate with other staff including management, in order to ensure a team working environment.
5. Ensure co-ordination of the childcare unit in terms of administration.
