The successful candidate will have a degree or relevant third level qualification and a minimum of 2 years’ experience of providing legal advice and information and experience of working in the field of children’s law. They will have knowledge of human rights law and the law as it relates to children and education law in Northern Ireland. They will have excellent written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will require a commitment to children’s rights including children’s participation.
Attractive terms and conditions apply including company pension. This appointment will initially be for three years with good prospects for renewal.
