The role will be focused on supporting the administration of AWARE's fundraising team but will have the opportunity to work with other administrators in supporting the wider work of the organisation.
The role will include
- responding to enquiries to the fundraising team
- data input for the team (details of fundraisers and recording of income)
- keeping the donor database up to date
- dealing with requests for information and merchandise
- thank supporters
- compiling lodgements
- assisting with support calls from the public
This role would suit an administrator with existing experience, who is looking for an opportunity to develop their experience and build their portfolio within and exciting and fast-growing charity OR an individual keen to develop their administrative skills but possessing limited experience at the present time.
The successful applicant will work within the fundraising team with 2 corporate fundraisers, 2 community/ events fundraisers and 1 fundraising assistant. The team is headed by the Fundraising Manager.
The key focus of the post will be
- General administration support to the fundraising team.
