Administrative Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Home-Start East Antrim
General office duties including word processing, database management, photocopying, filing and mailing. Maintaining day to day accounts. Administering staff salaries, handling online banking.
- Required 5 GCSEs at A-C grade (or equivalent) including maths and English.
- Relevant secretarial/IT training
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative post and
- 1 year of book keeping and SAGE accounting software experience

Successful candidate will work 17.5 hours as 9am to 12.30pm Monday to Friday (can be negotiated) but occasional evening/weekend work will be required for which time off in lieu will be given.
