Administration Officer (Reporting)

NICIE Northern Ireland Council for Integrated Education

The Northern Ireland Council for Integrated Education (NICIE) is seeking a part time Administration Officer to work as part of the admin team taking a lead role in reviewing and producing reports.

NICIE promotes and supports integrated schools to educate children together in an inclusive, welcoming and aspiring environment.

The main responsibilities of the Administration Officer will include providing a comprehensive administrative support service to the organisation, and proactively managing administration databases with accurate data entry, and reviewing and producing statistical reports.

We're looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s [or equivalent] graded A-C including English and Maths. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, and a minimum of 1 years’ experience of producing reports. The successful applicant will also have strong competency in using Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Microsoft Outlook).
