Activity Support Co-ordinator, Co.Fermanagh

We have a vacancy at our Brighter Futures Project which provides support to families in County Fermanagh.
Activity Support Coordinator 
 

The office is in Lisnaskea but we plan to move to Enniskillen later this year.  The Activity Support Coordinator will be required to travel locally as part of the role.

Brighter Futures is an early intervention project for children aged up to 12 with a disability and their families. We provide social opportunities and activities such as arts and crafts, cookery, swimming, sports, eating out and trips to the cinema, soft play areas, shops and bowling.  We pride ourselves on being a person centred service and our activities are planned around the children’s likes and abilities.

What we need you to have:

• 6 months experience of supporting young people with a learning disability, acquired brain injury or autistic spectrum condition
• Have some experience of organising events or activities for young people
• Be registered with NISCC or committed to achieving this prior to commencement.
• A full driving licence and access to a car insured for business purposes to transport people supported.  This criteria is waived for candidates unable to meet it due to disability.
