The ABI Coordinator will be Office based and also support the team at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children by attending Paul Ward on a weekly basis, working with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to support families affected by ABI.

This is a varied and exciting role for the right individual. You will need to have an understanding of local and community services that families affected by ABI can access, as well as work with health, education and community and voluntary sector partners to support the child back into education following ABI. 

An understanding of special educational needs and support available after ABI will support the role and those families affected by childhood ABI. If you are adaptable, innovative, are able to work with minimal supervision and have an understanding of the support needs of families affected by ABI then we are keen to hear from you.
