Furniture Provision

Storehouse provides furniture and household items free of charge to families and individuals throughout Belfast, helping those moving into new accommodation without the essentials to set up a home.

The furniture we are able to provide is all second hand, given to us by donation.

Items We Provide

• Beds (Singles & Doubles)
• Chest–of–drawers
• Cot’s
• Dining tables and chairs
• Fridges
• Mattresses
• Two–seater sofas and armchairs
• Wardrobes
• Washing machines

We can also provide small electrical appliances and homeware essentials.

Everything we give away has been checked to ensure it passes fire regulations and we PAT test all of our electrical goods.

Items We Cannot Provide

• Cookers
• Three Seater Sofas
• Bunk Beds / Cabin Beds
• Computers
• Dishwashers 

We are only able to attempt a furniture delivery once, so If your client isn’t home when to receive their delivery, their furniture will be returned to the warehouse and made available on the furniture catalogue.

We review all referrals on a weekly basis, after which we will contact you to advise if we can fulfil your request. If successful, we will invite your client to attend the Storehouse Centre for an appointment to come and choose their own furniture. We are then able to deliver any items they have selected within one week of their appointment.

Unfortunately due to the high demand for this service, we are not able to accept every referral we receive.
