Family Floating Support - Families at Risk of Homelessness

To prevent vulnerable families from becoming homeless. They offer advice and support to help families who have moved out of homeless services to maintain their new home and help families at risk of homelessness from becoming homeless. Every family will have different needs so their appointed support worker will work with them to create and implement a personalised support plan.
