Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB NI)

This is a free event
RNIB will be hosting a Visual Impairment Awareness workshop on Tuesday 26 February, 12.30 to 3.30pm in our Derry/Londonderry office, 3 Strand Road, BT48 7BH.

This is one in a series of workshops organised by the Youth Inclusion Hub, running in Derry/Londonderry and Belfast for Youth Workers in 'how you can make youth work more inclusive of children and young people with disabilities'.

RNIB's workshop will provide an overview of how people see differently with various sight conditions, practice how to guide and communicate, try out some assistive technology and explore how technology can be incorporated to support inclusive practice.
