Pick up a spade and plant some trees at Glas-na-Bradan Wood. Glas-na-Bradan Wood is located in the Belfast Hills and is our newest Belfast site! All 150,000 trees will be planted with the local community so we'd love for you to get involved and help make your mark on the Belfast skyline. This event is suitable for all the family and no experience is necessary! All equipment will be provided.

Parking: Available at St Enda’s Primary School however spaces are limited so please car share if possible.
Dogs: Allowed on a lead
Access: Paths are unsurfaced and can become muddy or slippery during wet weather. Some steep areas. Unsuitable for wheelchairs. 
Extra things to know: Please dress appropriately for the weather and activity, as it may be muddy and cold. Walking boots or wellies are advised as well as warm layers as the site is very exposed. To reach the planting site please allow 30-40 minutes to walk up the hill, which includes some steep sections. Please bring a spade if you have one as equipment is limited. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. This event is suitable for families. There are no toilets available.
