IOF NI - Masterclass Sessions brought to you in conjunction with Chariteer - A new online fundraising CRM that goes far beyond managing supporters.

The Institute of Fundraising Northern Ireland conducted a short survey in early 2019 into the needs of fundraisers in Northern Ireland and the services that we provide and intend to provide in the future.

As a result of this and following on from our evaluations from our conference in November 2018. This year, we are launching our masterclass series!

Each masterclass will focus on topics relevant to our members and subscribers, please note we will not be hosting a conference later this year. We aim to resume the conference again in 2020.

The first Masterclass in the series will be sponsored by Chariteer. Without the support of our sponsors, we really couldn’t put on these events. Please do take some time to look at their website and find out more about how their new online fundraising CRM here can help you deliver great donor experiences.

We have taken time and listened to what you have told us. The conclusions of this are the four topics that you our members want us to focus on.

Significantly popular amongst topics that respondents would like covered at masterclass sessions were:

  • Fundraising Strategies – 70%
  • Corporate Fundraising – 54%
  • Digital/Online Fundraising – 50%
  • Trusts and Foundations – 43%

As a result of this we have organized Masterclass sessions on each of those topics. Our first session will focus on Fundraising Strategy.

Developing a Fundraising Strategy that works for you
At the heart of every successful fundraising programme is a coherent fundraising strategy, owned by everyone in the fundraising team and shared by your organisation as a whole.

Starting with the case for support and following a clear set of steps, Alice will lead delegates through a tried and tested process to develop a coherent strategy. Drawing on her own experience and addressing delegates’ individual challenges and objectives, this will be a practical, action orientated session giving you the tools you need to move your fundraising strategy forward.
