£40 to Advice NI Members, £50 to Voluntary and Community Sector organisations and £60 to Private and Statutory Sector organisations.
This course is designed for anyone working directly in a client facing role and whose job role often requires that they work alone, visit clients, or deal with clients on the telephone.
Offering help to people in a work situation, often in difficult circumstances, doesn’t have to mean taking risks. Feeling safe and well doesn’t just extend to face-to-face work with clients, it includes telephone interactions with them as well. This practical, interactive and engaging workshop style training is designed to equip participants with thought provoking awareness raising tools and processes to improve their personal safety on the job, either on or off site.
