About Laura Walker:
After starting her career at Deloitte, Laura has spent the last 13 years at Asda starting as an entry level management accountant and progressing to Senior Finance Director including roles in Accounting, Commercial Finance, Head of Internal Audit and Finance Transformation. She blazed a trail when she joined with her job share partner Chloe Fletcher into the most senior job sharing partnership in the organisation. After repeatedly being asked to share tips and advice, and realising the gap in knowledge of the benefits and practicalities of job sharing, The Jobshare Revolution was born! The business now offers inspiration, advice and consultancy support to help organisations to drive gender equity through job sharing.
