Planning for business success in School Age Childcare (Northern area)

As the Pandemic continues, the impact upon the School Age Childcare (SAC) Sector increases. With rising costs and a changing landscape of parents’ need for Childcare, SAC settings face a difficult financial future.

PlayBoard invites you to attend a series of 3 interlinked and interactive sessions to explore what managers need to do in order to plan for and secure the future of their SAC setting.

By attending this training, you will gain a better understanding on how to critically examine the organisation’s business model, how to review its financial situation, how to conduct primary research and develop a marketing plan.

Participants will also be able to avail of interim support and advice.

PlayBoard’s guides on Financial Management, Business Planning, and Marketing will be distributed free of charge to participants.

This training is suitable for Management/Finance Officers (or Board members) and Childcare Managers/Leaders.

The training takes place across three sessions - you are advised to attend all three sessions:

• Wednesday 2 March 2022
• Wednesday 23 March 2022

Training will be delivered online (please note venue/delivery change) and run from 6:30 - 8:30pm.
