OCN NI Level 3 Award in Learning and Development

The OCN NI Level 3 Award in Learning and Development qualification provides an introduction to the skills and knowledge required to be able to offer effective training programmes to others.

The objectives of the qualification are to understand the principles and practices of learning and development and be able to:

• develop and prepare resources for learning and development
• plan, prepare and facilitate group learning and development
• reflect on own practice in learning and development

The assessment for this course takes the form of workbooks and a short presentation, no examinations. 

This is a full level 3 qualification equivalent to a level.

We run this course for both groups and individuals and it can be completed both face to face and online. 

There are a number of dates and locations (those mentioned are only some examples).

We can travel to organisations throughout the whole of Northern Ireland.
