This course introduces the skills and knowledge required to be able to offer effective training programmes to others. 

The objectives of the qualification are to understand the principles and practices of learning and development and be able to:
• develop and prepare resources for learning and development
• plan, prepare and facilitate group learning and development
• reflect on own practice in learning and development

This is a two-day course which is coursework based and provides you with a full level 3 qualification in teaching / training.
