OCN NI Level 2 Award In Mentoring Practice

This course covers key mentoring skills and techniques as well as boundaries of the mentoring relationship and the referral process.

This course is very beneficial for anyone in the workplace, volunteer environment or someone who is starting on their learning journey and wants to gain a short flexible qualification. It is a full level 2 qualification equivalent to GCSE by the local awarding body OCN Northern Ireland. 

Some available dates are listed, but we have many other dates and times also available. The course can be completed in two to three full days or subsequent evenings.

The course has no examinations just three short workbooks that form the assessment.

The course can be completed online or face to face.
