This 4 weekly programme introduces Mindfulness and is intended to help students to learn and develop their understanding of mindfulness and how to incorporate it into their daily lives. You will learn how mindfulness can be used to support your well-being by being aware of your own experience, moment to moment, without judgement. Part of maintaining wellness is learning to keep our balance through the ups and downs of everyday life, responding skilfully when difficulties arise, engaging with what is most important to us, and opening up to moments of joy, contentment, and gratitude.
