Loyalty and audiences 1-0-1

Learn about different techniques to increase your audiences' loyalty during Covid.

Although cultural organisations remain closed until further notice, your relationship with your audiences is still very much there. It isn’t because you can’t present your work to your audiences in-person that your connection with them is paused. To the contrary, keeping in touch with them and checking in on them once in a while will probably allow a smooth come back when the world opens up again. If you give your audiences some love, they’ll send you some love back.

How can you nurture your relationship with your audiences during this time and how can you increase their loyalty to you?

Loyalty is a term with a lot of different meanings. Together, we’ll go through the definition of loyalty, the different techniques to motivate audiences to choose you rather than someone else and how loyalty fits into audience development. We’ll also present examples from arts and other organisations doing loyalty right to get you inspired. It will be followed by a Q&A and discussion.
