LD Pride
Learning Disability Pride is a celebration of people with a learning disability, which raises awareness and challenges stereotypes, with a focus on an inclusive and fun day out for families, individuals and groups.

Learning Disability Pride will be held in Carrickfergus on Saturday 22 June 2019.

First held in Carrickfergus in Spring 2017, this year's event is set to be even bigger and better and we would love for you to #DoYourThing and be part of it!

Learning Disability Pride will start with a carnival parade to Carrickfergus Castle Car Park where there will be a festival atmosphere with live music, dancing, workshops, arts and crafts, sports activities, family friendly entertainment and accessible activities. There will also be a marketplace with information stalls, social enterprises, local businesses and food & drink vendors.

If you would like to take part - in the parade, as a stallholder, as an activity/equipment provider, as a sponsor, as a volunteer, or show your support in another way - we would love to hear from you! Please see attached EOI form for more information.
