Invitation to join a New Impact Practice Network in Northern Ireland

NICVA

NICVA

NICVA launched its new programme of support on impact practice in the Summer 2022, and with it we are proud to facilitate the formation on a new Impact Practice Network.

NICVA’s impact practice support is building on over a decade of Inspiring Impact work within Northern Ireland and across the UK.  Recent review reports carried out in Northern Ireland Impact Practice & Inspiring Impact in NI (CDHN, 2022) and at the UK level Inspiring Impact Evaluation & Learning Report (2022) expressed the desire and opportunity to share good practice, learn together, complement work rather than duplicate and when required have a unified voice in terms of impact.

In responding to this, NICVA would like to invite relevant individuals to the inaurgual Impact Practice Network meeting. At this meeting, we will hear from Helen McNamee; author of 'Impact Practive & Inspiring Impact in NI' report (2022) of the key challenges and opportunities regarding impact practice.  There will be then facilitated conversations which will determine the primary focus and work of the network, as well as to begin to build connections with people working in this field in Northern Ireland.

The Impact Practice Network will be of most benefit to the following individuals

  • Work or volunteer in the voluntary, community or social enterprise sectors and
  • Be responsible for or involved with impact practice and
  • Have impact practice experience that you are open to sharing with others

If this sounds like you, please sign up today and we look forward to connecting and sharing impact learning.
