A free, online workshop led by Belfast Tool Library, exploring what you need to set up and run a tool library or Library of things in your community.

How amazing would it be to see Northern Ireland and beyond filled with tool libraries, allowing lots of local communites the opportunity to share resources, save money and space and grow their skills!!

But where do you begin to set one up? What are the priorities or the order in which you need to do things?  NI's first tool library, BTL, opened it's doors to lend it's first tools in October 2019, and has now reached over 20,000 loans, over 1500 tools and nearly 700 members. And in the spirit of sharing, we'd love to support individuals and groups interested in setting up a tool library in their own area. On Thursday 19th June, join us for a short seminar on how we started, what we've learned and enjoy the opportunity to pick our brains! (No guarantees we can answer all your questions, but we'll certainly do our best to point you in the right direction!)

This is a 1 hour online Zoom event. A link to this event will be made available in your ticket confirmation email - please book at the link below.
