As well as holding meetings online, many of us are also having to plan and deliver projects online, often with partners in other organisations or sectors. Indeed, collaboration has never been more important than now.

In this one-hour webinar, NICVA's Helen McLaughlin points to the differences and similarities between collaborating face-to-face and collaborating online, and provides tips and tools for getting online collaboration right. The focus of the seminar is on human rather than digital skills.

Session Content

  • Online versus face-to-face collaboration - similarities and differences;
  • Challenges and opportunities of online collaboration;
  • How to set up a collaborative atmosphere online;
  • Tips and tools for making online collaboration a success.

Who is it for?
