The Essentials: The Four Homelessness Tests
On completion of this course, you will be able to help a client apply to the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) if they are homeless and understand how a client is assessed as homeless. This course will give you a stronger understanding or a revision of the tests and processes associated with becoming a Full Duty Applicant
In 2-3hrs, you will understand:
the process when someone presents as homeless,
how to assess if a client is a Full Duty Applicant (FDA), in relation to the Housing (NI) Order 1988,
the levels of duties owed by the NIHE.
