Enhancing Personal Resilience Habits – Feel Calm, Confident and in Control

Timely Careers
Facing or dealing with redundancy? Lost confidence after taking time out of work? Suffered professional or personal setbacks and not sure how to recover? Or just need support in developing your own self-worth and resilience?
This is the event for you! Join us for an engaging and highly valuable workshop on resilience, designed to help you thrive in the face of change and challenge, delivered by expert, Catherine McIntosh.
We’ll explore the benefits of enhancing resilience, from boosting well-being and performance to building lasting confidence. Through the lens of neuroscience, you’ll discover how the brain adapts and grows through adversity—and why resilience is a skill you can strengthen at any stage of life.
During the morning, Catherine will also explore how sleep, nutrition, and movement directly impact emotional strength, as well as focus on the importance of emotional safety, connection, and meaning in creating inner stability.
By the end of the session, we’ll introduce the EASE Method — a practical framework to help you build and sustain resilience habits long after the session ends.
You will leave feeling better prepared to look after your health and well-being to build resilience and deal with life’s challenges and setbacks that are so often thrown at us!
