CMI Level 7 Award In Strategic Management And Leadership (Online Qualification)

This qualification is designed  for managers (or aspiring managers) who have / will have the authority and personal inspiration to translate organisational strategy into effective operational performance. The qualification requires managers to build on their strategic management and leadership skills and to focus on the requirements of implementing the organisation’s strategy.

This is a short one unit award which is a full level 7 qualification accredited by the awarding body CMI.

Unit – Personal Leadership Development as a strategic manager.

This unit is about the challenges and skills of making managerial decisions that must be made in support of the organisational objectives, purpose and vision. The unit looks at self-development, strategic direction of the organisation, managing personal leadership development, staff welfare and the effectiveness of leadership development and planning.

The assessment takes the form of a 3000-3500 words assignment. There is no examinations.

This course will be taking place online and you will have access to your tutor, feedback and online lessons should you need them. Our courses are delivered via our virtual learning environment where you have access to all your learning materials and have up to three months to complete the course as quickly or slowly as you wish.
