This session will inform and encourage advisers completing PIP forms to carefully consider and use the reliability and majority regulations, case law and guidance to produce stronger initial applications, mandatory reconsideration notices and appeal forms. It is also a useful companion course for those seeking to attend our 1-day course in Tribunal Representation as its content will give you the prerequisite enhanced knowledge of the benefit under appeal.
