This masterclass will assist in identifying ‘test cases’ to take to judicial review and help to navigate the procedures and strict time limits involved in both preparing and taking a legal challenge in the High Court, Court of Appeal or beyond.

This masterclass is aimed at solicitors and other legal practitioners, as well as advisers who would like to understand more about how and when to refer cases for legal challenge.

Delivered by an employment solicitor, this two hour masterclass will include an online presentation, slides, Q&A session and forum discussion.
