Ben Nevis Challenge with The MS Society

MS Society NI
Challenge yourself and help the MS Society to provide vital services and support for people affected by multiple sclerosis.
Have fun and challenge yourself by climbing the UK's highest peak which stands tall at 4406 feet. When the weather is good, the views from the top fo the Western Isle of Scotland are truely spectacular.
We will be taking the popular "Tourist's Path" up and down the mountain and we expect the walk to take around 8 hours (5 hours up and 3 hours down). As the maximum gradient is only 1:5, any normally active person should have no problem reaching the summit.
Medical exclusions
You may not participate un this event if you are pregnant or have any problems with your heart or blood pressure or if you have a pre-existing medical condition which may affect you whilst on the mountain.
