BBC Children in Need have reopened their Main Grants programme and the Small Grants will be opening on 16th August. We will be hosting online funding information sessions for representatives from organisations who are considering applying
Our Main and Small Grants programmes can provide grants of up to three years to organisations supporting children and young people aged 18 years and under, experiencing disadvantage through:
- Illness, distress, abuse or neglect.
- Any kind of disability.
- Behavioural or psychological difficulties.
- Living in poverty or situations of deprivation.
The work we fund make differences in children’s lives that help prevent or overcome the effects of the disadvantages they face. Further information on the programmes can be found at https://www.bbcchildreninneed.co.uk/grants/covid-19-funding-streams/.
The team in Northern Ireland will be hosting two Zoom information sessions on the current Main and Small grants programmes on Tuesday 27th July at 1100h and Wednesday 4th August at 1400h.
