Adviser NI - The Level 4 Certificate and Extended Certificate in Providing Social Security Advice

This course will enable you to become an Adviser in Northern Ireland in line with the Northern Ireland Advice Quality Standard (NIAQS). The qualification is delivered by Advice NI, the leading provider in NI, and is a Nationally Accredited course, providing you with the best possible learning experience. You will gain accurate, up-to-date information to build your skills and knowledge in Social Security through face-to-face training, online learning and resources, and tutor support.

• Budgeting and different types of borrowing
• The application and assessment process when claiming disability benefits, Personal Independence Payments (PIP) and social security benefits outside of Universal Credit
• The application and assessment process when claiming Universal Credit
• The importance of continuing professional development (CPD) for advisers, CPD evaluation principles and how to apply it to own practice
