Who Should Attend:
This course is recommended for anyone working or volunteering in an advice setting whether they are new or experienced and wanting to develop, refresh and/or accredit their knowledge and skills. Learners must be working or volunteering in an advice setting in order to fulfil the placement aspect of the course.
Education/Professional Framework:
This course provides learners with an accredited qualification in generalist and Social Security advice provision. For those wishing to progress to an advanced qualification, it can be used as evidence towards a range of units in our Level 4 Diploma in Advice & Guidance, for example, ‘Manage Personal Caseload’ and ‘Develop Interactions with Advice & Guidance Clients’.
Additional Information:
The course will run over 10 days from 9:30am to 4pm each day. Belfast Run : 13th March, 20th March, 27th March, 10th April, 17th April, 24th April, 1st May, 8th May, 15th may and 22nd May. **** Derry Run : 15th March, 22nd March, 29th March, 12th April, 19th April, 26th April, 3rd May, 10th May, 17th May, 24th May.
