1 Day Accredited Course In: Improving Understanding And Engagement With Communities

This course is suitable for all organisations in particular, charities and community groups.

If you work with different communities, want to understand them better or how to engage with them then this is the course for you.

Maybe you want to improve communication, understand how different communities work or forge new alliances, this course allows learners to:

- understand a range of community development structures

- use methods to understand and engage with individuals and communities; and

- produce community audits

This is a one day course with a short workbook to be completed in learners own time. Full support will be given when completing the workbook evidence for the qualification.

This course is delivered in the workplace / community centre throughout Northern Ireland.
