Hours: 35 hours per week

 

Essential Criteria:

 

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) plus six months experience in a customer service line management role.
    OR
    At least three years experience in a customer service line management role.
  • Minimum 6 months direct line management experience of a call centre based or similar customer response service.
  • Direct involvement in staff recruitment and/or training.
  • Experience of effective use of an ICT system.
