Reference: RCS.TC.01
Hours: 35 hours per week
Essential Criteria:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) plus six months experience in a customer service line management role.
OR
At least three years experience in a customer service line management role. - Minimum 6 months direct line management experience of a call centre based or similar customer response service.
- Direct involvement in staff recruitment and/or training.
- Experience of effective use of an ICT system.
