Support Workers at The Meadows

This includes providing care in people’s own home, in residential homes, in day centres and through respite services.  In order to achieve this, we have a network of back office support roles to enable the organisation to operate efficiently and effectively.

Support Worker (Support Living)

Location:     The Meadows, Edenderry Road, Banbridge

Salary:         £7.72 per hour 

Hours:          Occassional hours, as and when required  by service

We wish to recruit a support worker for our service The Meadows in Banbridge. This is a supported housing complex of 6 flats.

The successful candidate will be required to work shifts which will include weekends. This role will involve the support worker assisting in carrying out personal and practical care tasks.

You will need the ability to work flexible hours when required be able to travel to fulfil the objectives of the job. You will also need to be discreet and be able to maintain confidentiality. You will have to attend relevant meetings and training which may be held at different locations.

You will work in partnership with people who use our services encouraging choice, participation and motivation, adhering at all times to the values of the organisation.
