The post holder will assist in the delivery of the Associations Housing Services, acting in support of the Area Housing Manager in the delivery of Fold's objectives and the fulfilment of the association's polices.
Based at: Fold House, 3 Redburn Square, Holywood,BT18 9HZ
Position Reference: SHO.HM.04
Hours: 37 hours per week
Essential Criteria:
- Knowledge of performance management and a focus on monitoring and managing performance to assist in achieving organisational targets.
- Experience of building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders with demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of Housing Selection Scheme and rules governing allocations and transfers.
- A minimum of 3 years experience (within the last five years)of the full range of housing management functions.
- Experience of managing staff and developing initiatives to develop and motivate staff.
- Knowledge of current social housing policy issues in N.I.
