Scheme Coordinator (Kerrington Court)

Based at: Kerrington Court, 119 Marlborough Park South, Belfast, BT9 6JB

Position Reference: SV.HS.80

Hours: 17.5 hours per week

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of one year's experience working with older people or other relevant client groups.
• Understanding and awareness of the needs of the older people and service provision.
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with tenants and other professional agencies.
• Awareness of safeguarding vulnerable adults.
• Good general education to GCSE/equivalent standard to include English and Maths OR 3 years experience of working in a sheltered or supported housing environment.
