To work as part of a team to support the development and delivery of a range of NI Youth Forum participation initiatives including detached and cross border based programmes.
1.0 MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.1 To support the delivery of a portfolio of projects as assigned by the NIYF Director.
1.2 To deliver specific projects including cross border and detached youth programmes as directed.
1.3 To take a leadership role in the design and delivery of NIYF youth development and participation training
1.4 To provide regular reports to NIYF Executive Committee, funders and other key partners on projects where necessary.
1.5 To support the NIYF Executive Committee and work closely with members on campaigning for change.
1.6 To work with excluded groups of young people in order to build their capacity to engage in decision making processes.
