To deliver a rqange of outreach housing support services to older people living in the local area in compliance with the Coordinators manual.
Based at: Newtownabbey Area
Position Reference: HSC.HM.01
Hours: 36 Hours per week
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of one year's experience working with older people or other relevant client groups.
- Understanding of the needs of older people and service provision.
- Awarness of safeguarding vulnerable adults.
- Good communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with tenants and other professional agencies.
