Housing with Care Manager (Loughview HWC)

Based at: Loughview HWC, 159a High Street, Holywood, BT18 9HU

Position Reference: MGR.LV.01

Hours: 40 Hours per week

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 4 years Managerial experience (within last 5 years) in supported housing or residential care setting.
• Knowledge and understanding of the needs of older people, and older people with dEmentia and how their needs may be addressed by person-centred support and care planning.
• Custody, control and administration of medicines.
• Qualifed Social Worker or RGN or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for HSC (Adults) or Allied Health Professional.
  And
  Current driving licence and provision of a vehicle (or means to execute mobility aspects of the role)
